My brother, L, his wife, M, and their daughter, ss, traveled from germany to visit this month. It is ss's first trip to Nana's and Papa's house. We love having them here. Following s's open house at school, we spent some time on the playground. ss loves to swing and slide.

Some pictures from the last month. K and s photographed a cicada emerging from its shell, very interesting to watch.

s with the garter snake Uncle C caught for him. We kept it in an aquarium for a few days then released him it the yard.
